The objective is to train for 2 years in a graduate position learning the ropes of The business, and then to progress to become either a yacht charter or sales broker, a charter manager, a admin manager or an other suitable role based on your skills and performance.

🌟 About the Role

This is a dual-focused position combining sales-driven charter brokerage assistance with digital marketing responsibilities. You’ll be at the forefront of client interactions, driving sales, and enhancing our online presence through strategic marketing initiatives.

🛥️ Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations ( trainee yacht charter role)

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist senior charter brokers in booking high-net-worth clients onto luxury yachts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless charter experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Oversee and enhance all social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Create compelling blog posts and articles related to travel and yachting.
  • Edit and develop website content using WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing strategies and content creation.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CRM database to track client interactions and sales progress.
  • Assist management with strategic projects and larger yacht charters.
  • Welcome clients to the office and provide on-site support during yacht visits.
  • Carry out varied tasks as requested by management

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Must hold an honours degree.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated interest or experience in sales and client service.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO, WordPress, and social media platforms.
  • AI & Tech Savvy: Willingness to learn and utilize AI tools for marketing purposes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus, but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Initiative: Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team.

💼 Compensation

  • Salary: Gross €1,800 per month.
  • Commission: Performance-based commission structure – this can become very lucrative once you have the drive
