You’ll notice the moment of delight when your guests first step through the polished, stainless-steel doors into the salon. ESTANCIA has every luxury, expensively crafted upholstery, gleaming Sakura paneling, and deeply comfortable lounge areas. All of it is lit with 24-volt LED lighting with specially tuned color temperature customized for Ocean Alexander yachts. Whenever it’s time for cocktails, your guests will enjoy the panoramic views through the large windows on both sides and then stroll a few steps forward to a large dining table.

The meticulously equipped galley is sure to impress. Turn everything over to a chef or enjoy having a hand in cooking, the appliances and the intelligently designed layout of the galley will make all the difference when entertaining. Comprised of full-sized appliances and world-class brands including a Gaggenau cooktop and oven, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, Jenn-Air microwave/convection oven, and a Jenn-Air custom panel refrigerator, Whirlpool trash compactor, and Franke double sink. Custom-fitted with wood cabinetry topped with new countertops.

ESTANCIA sleeps eight guests in three staterooms. At the bottom of a lovely, curving staircase is a welcoming foyer leading to a sprawling full-beam master stateroom located midship. Boasting custom Sakura cabinetry, the master stateroom features a large cedar-lined full-height hanging locker with a concealed safe inside. A massive bureau, an elegant vanity table, and nightstands are all finished with beautiful gloss and are large enough to accommodate short weekend trips and extended cruises alike. The king-sized berth conceals additional storage beneath. The master suite includes a richly appointed head configured with his-and-hers sinks. A grandly scaled shower, custom hardware, and rich Sakura cabinetry complete the accommodations. Privacy port lights and mirrors ensure the space is light and airy.

Located forward is the VIP suite, which is a slightly smaller version of the master stateroom. VIP accommodations include a queen-sized berth, large bureau, cedar-lined hanging locker, and private head. Located on the portside is a guest stateroom featuring two twin-sized berths. Each stateroom is opulently designed with the assurance that every guest will enjoy the pleasures of life aboard.

The lavish sky lounge is excellently appointed as an inviting command post suited for all to enjoy while cruising. The double-seated helm includes an oversized, sunken, and extended dash for the best suited instrumentation layout. A portside day head and starboard-side curved settee and table allow for comfort while underway. The upper aft deck features a barbecue and an additional wet-bar. A heavy-duty davit is located to starboard for storing the tender and any additional toys.

Crew has separate access to their well-appointed quarters via a full-sized door located to port on the aft deck. Offering a Captain’s stateroom, bunk stateroom, and private head, there are accommodations for up to 3 crew.
