NEW OCEANIC GT FAST EXPEDITION – 76′ OR 81′

The Oceanic GT Fast Expedition is available on the same technical platform at 76’ or 81 feet in length. She is the only yacht her size to offer a 30+ square meter/323 sq. feet aft deck with sun pad, saloon and open-air dining room.

The wheelhouse is located on the main deck, while the saloon and the dining room share an open plan configuration. The galley is located amidship, buffering the social areas from the wheelhouse where the crew can run the boat without interfering with owners and guests.

Benefitting from a carefully studied stepped hull, with her V Drive shaft configuration, she  is capable of enviable performances of 21 to 26 knots cruising and 24 to 31 knots top speed depending on the chosen power package, CAT, MAN or MTU. But even more than the exceptional performance level of the “Displanning hull”, the silence, comfort and her ability to handle in rough seas at any speed are second-to-none.

As the Oceanic concept addresses the needs of those of want to enjoy the sea, the boat comes standard with a heavy-duty tender lift and a central garage behind the transom for a jet powered tender. Additional toys can be stored under the sun pad. The Oceanic 76′ is the only yacht this size offering a main deck day head and a full beam wheelhousewith two side pantographic doors.
Her interiors are not only custom-made to each owner’s individual tastes, it is also designed exclusively by world famous Cristiano Gatto design studio from Venice.

The lower deck is available either in a 4-cabin version with a full beam owner’s cabin, a VIP and two twins or in a 3-cabin version with an oversized owner’s suite that includes a private corner saloon. At Canados, we understand the meaning of VIP. Your guests will surely enjoy the volume of this cabin with its central island bed and corner sofa.

The fly bridge offers sun pads, lounge and dining room and can also be equipped with an outdoor galley. The solid hard top will perfectly protect the dining table and the helm seat.

The foredeck is equipped with a dinette that can also be converted into a sun pad. Surprisingly, this space can also be enjoyed at high speed, thanks to the massive bulwarks that protect both from the wind and from the spay in rough weather.
The bulwarks also provide the necessary safety to move from the aft deck to the foredeck, even underway.

Everything onboard has been designed for those willing to go for long cruises. The wheelhouse is not only generous, with its wide body configuration, she is also equipped and designed in a way that makes ten hours crossing a true pleasure.

The hull concept, unique to Oceanic Yachts, reduces the buoyancy of the aft section of the hull when running at displacement speeds. As a result, during long range cruises at low speed, the boat remains extremely comfortable as it eliminates the natural weakness of most fast yachts; pitching.

At planning speeds, from 16 knots, the Oceanic 76’ starts benefiting from the effect of the step that ventilates the hull and the propellers allowing for higher speeds, thanks to reduced wet surface and water friction.
